Biography: X-Men: Days of Future Past - Toad was first introduced as a part of an American military unit along with Havok and Ink in Saigon, Vietnam. Toad leaves Vietnam with the others and last seen working ina kitchen while watching Erik's speech on TV.

X-Men Origins: Wolverine - Toad was one of the mutants that was being hold in Stryker's faclility in a cell with other mutants like Cyclops (Young), Emma and others. Toad went with Professor X to escape.

X-Men - Toad appears as a member of Maganeto's Brotherhood of Mutanst. Both Toad and Sabretooth were sent to confront Storm and Cyclops (Grown-uo) that were searching for Rogue at the train station. Toad takes Cyclops glasses with his tongue and they take Rouge with them with help from Magneto. While Mystique battles Wolverine, Toad pushes Cyclops against a museum exhibit and hurtles Storm up onto the next floor with his tongue. Toad faces Jean Grey, Jean telekintically suspends Toad in mid-air, Toad ejects slime out of his mouth and it suffocating Jean. Toad confronts Storm again by kicking her into the elevator and closing it. Toad sees Cyclops rescuing Jean, Storm emerges and pushes Toad outside witha strong gust of wind. Toad has only his tongue securing him to the railing, Storm finally electrocutes Toad and sending him spiraling into the water.
