Biography: X-Men: Days of Futuer Past - Stryker was a personal assistant and bodyguard of Bolivor Trask. Stryker was in the americanAirbase in Vietnam where he attempts to subjugate several mutants (Havok, Toad and Ink). Stryker was foiled by Mystiques and escapes back to America after failing to pursue Mystique. Stryker was later at the peace declaration between the US and Vietnam in Paries. Mystique was detected when Trask shows his Sentinel prototype specs and Stryker attempts to kill Mystique but Charles, Hank, Erik and Wolverine arrive and subdue him. Stryker is at Trask's side when Trask presents his mutant hunting Sentinels designs to President Nixon in the Oval Office. Stryker accompanies Trask at the demonstration for the Sentinels to the public outside the White House. Stryker the later taking shelter in the presidental bunker when the Sentinels attack the human by Erik's behest. Mystique poses as Stryker whilst fishing Wolverine from a river. The fate of the real Stryker is unknown. 

X-Men Origins: Wolverine - Between 1969 and 1971, Stryker came up to Logan and Victor to recruit them into his team called Team X. Stryker led the team over the next couple of years on verious missions to find the metallic compound known as adamantium. Stryker finally found the adamantium ona mission in Nigeria. Team X later disbanded after a disagreement between Logan and the team. Only Agent Zero and Victor stayed on with Stryker. Six years after Team X disbandment, Stryker recruited Logan into becoming Weapon X making him virtually indestructible by grafting adamantium onto his entire skeletal struchure. After the process was successful, Stryker ordered Logan's memory to be wiped to protect the location of the Alkali Lake facility but this prompted Logan to escape. Stryker order Zero on a failed misson to kill Logan. On Three Mile Island facility, Stryker killed General Munson who is his major military and financial sponsor, because Munson threatened to end the Weapon X program due to Strykers personal vendetta against muntants, caused byhis experiences with his son. Weapon XI failed to kill Wolverine and the mutant prisoners escaped, Stryker shot Wolverine in the head with two adamantium bullets that causing Wolverine's memory lose. Stryker went to shoot Kayla but she used her tactile hypnosis to make him drop the gun and walk untile his feet bled. Stryker was stopped by militarypolice for question about General Munson's death.

X2 - 15 years later Stryker with his assistant and bodyguard Yuriko. Stryker brainwashed Kurt Wagner into assassinationg the President. Stryker convinces the President to authorise an infiltration of the Xavier Institute. Stryker lerns of Cerebro from Magneto by brainwashing him. Magneto was in a plastic preson designed by Stryker. Stryker and HYDRA forces invaded the Mansion and taking several students and briefly meets Wolverine. In the mean time Yuriko capture Charles Xavier and Cyclops. Cyclops will be also brainwashed. Before leaving Stryker and HYDRA  troops are in the subbasement to extract more information about Cerebro. At Alkali Lake facility, Xavier was being controlled by Jason (Stryker's son) to kill all mutants by using the Dark Cerebro. Magneto and Mystique later reprogram Jason to manipulate Xavier to kill all of the human's instead of mutants. When trying to flee Stryker is confronted by Wolverine, Stryker tempted Wolverine to come with him to learn about his forgotten past but Wolverine refuses and return to save his teammates. Wolverine chains Stryker to the leg of the helicopter. Stryker is shown to be in some pain as every other human is when the Drak Cerebro is reprogrammed. Later Magneto ties Stryker to a concrete wall by chains and Magneto uses the helicopter for an escape vihicle and leaving Stryker there to die. The dam at Alkali Lake rupture and Stryker is killed by the immense water pressure that was released from the dam. Wolverine and a mutant called Artie was the last two people to see Stryker alive.
