Biography: X-Men Origins: Wolverine - Scott appears first in a high school language class. While messing with his glasses, the teacher orders him to sit up and take them off, to which he responds that he has a headache. The teacher then states he can wear glasses after school in detention. In detention, he is seen writing on the board when Sabretooth taps on the window. He attempts to escape but is soon caught. William Stryker then came and took him. He was imprisoned at Stryker’s mutant prison base along with Emma, Toad, Banshee, Quicksilver and other young mutants. His power, along with theirs, was used to power Stryker’s deadly Weapon XI, aka “Deadpool." Scott escapes the compound along with Emma and the other mutants, he was then freed from the prison from Wolverine's (Wolverine doesn't remember) help and is greeted by Charles Xavier. Scott meets Jean Grey and started a relationship with her also he is now an X-Man and a teacher at Xavier School for Gifted Youngsters.

X-Men - Scott and Storm rescue Logan and Rogue from a fire in Logan's caravan when they were attack by Sabretooth who was sent by Magneto. Scott and Storm brought Logan and Rogue back to Xavier's School. When Scott properly meets Logan, they both developed an antagonistic relationship due to Logan's attraction to Jean. Scott leads the X-Men to stop Magneto by the attempt to turn the world leaders into mutants. Scott uses his optic blact to get himeself free and get Toad's hard slime of Jean's face. Scott helps to defeat both Sabretooth and Magneto.

X2- Scott accompanies Xavier to see Magneto in the platic prison but Lady Deathstrike and the guards attack Scott. Xavier and Scott both got taken to Stryker's facility at Alkali Lake. Scott is brainswashed and attacks Magneto, Mystique and Jean but before it happens Jean push Magneto and Mystique out of the way, Jean tells them to go.Jean fights Scott and break Stryker's brainwash but in the fight Scott's optic blast makes the dam collapse. The X-Men escapes from Stryker's facility and board the X-Jet but the dam is already begun giving away. The X-Jet won't start so Jean sacrificers her life to stop the water from destroying the X-Jet.

X-Men: The Last Stand - Scott mourn over Jean's deathf or months and unable to cope with the grief, Scott returns to Alkali Lake because he keeps hearing Jean's voice. Scott encounters the resurrected Phoenix who tell Scott to take off his glasses as she can control his optic beams and they exchange a kiss. But Jean loses control and presumably killing him. The X-Men assume he is dead as Jean can't remember what happened to Scott. Later Scott's grave is seen alomgside both Jean's and Xavier's graves.

X-Men: Days of Future Past - Due to Wolverine going back in time to 1973 and preventing certain events that led to the dark future, Cyclops death by the Phoenix is undone and returned to life. Scott is still in a relationship with Jean.
